Ryan Miller is a Director Consultant for Carwin Advisors, and is a highly experienced real estate professional in the fields of single-family and multi-family acquisition and development. Most recently, he served as Development Manager with Verde Apartment Communities where he was responsible for the entitlement, design, and development of over 1,400 multi-family units across the state of Texas. In addition, Mr. Miller has led numerous due diligence pursuits for prospective sites throughout Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Prior to this, Mr. Miller served as Director of Finance for the Skorburg Company in the development of multiple single-family residential communities located in North Texas. Preceding his career in real estate, Mr. Miller spent over seven years in a finance capacity supporting executive management teams in conducting financial modeling and return analysis for various companies. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at SMU.
