Based in Phoenix, Bob Kammerle is a Senior Director at Carwin Advisors and specializes in land and residential developments throughout Arizona. Mr. Kammerle focuses on providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients with real estate investments throughout Arizona. His experience includes 35 years in the real estate industry. Mr. Kammerle’s expertise extends into land acquisition, disposition and planning, as well as homebuilding, large-scale land development, environmental approvals, water rights, water resources and complex entitlement cases.

Prior to joining Carwin Advisors, Mr. Kammerle served 11 years as Director of Development and Director of Regulatory Affairs for DMB Associates in Scottsdale. At DMB Associates he helped develop the 8,800 acre Verrado Community. Mr. Kammerle also served as Director of Development for Royal Street Land Company during the development of the Deer Valley Ski Resort in Park City, Utah before relocating to Arizona. Mr. Kammerle holds a B.S. in Urban Planning.

Mr. Kammerle is a member of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the Scottsdale, Arizona Bond Task Force.
