Tom Ingram is a Director at Carwin Advisors. Mr. Ingram has over 27 years experience in home building and land development. He has worked in various key positions throughout the Carolinas. At Carwin Advisors, Mr. Ingram’s primary responsibilities include assessments, management, and construction of assets in the North and South Carolina. Most recently, Mr. Ingram served as President of David Weekley Homes’ Charlotte division from 2002 to2009. Prior to this, Mr. Ingram was Vice President of Operations for Sunstar/Lennar Homes in Raleigh, NC, where he managed division operations for the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill markets. Before this, Mr. Ingram spent 17 years in various corporate and regional positions for Fortis Homes based in Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Raleigh.

Mr. Ingram attended Guilford College in Greensboro, NC and is licensed in North Carolina as a residential general contractor. Mr. Ingram is also a member of Charlotte Homebuilder Association, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, Charlotte Multiple Listing and past co-chairman of Charlotte HomeAid, a non-profit organization dedicated to shelter for the chronic homeless.
