(Houston, TX) Carwin Advisors announced today they have been hired to assess the site development work and partial home construction of Bonner Villas in Houston, Texas. The purpose of the assessment is to provide actionable recommendations for the lender. Bonner Villas is an exclusive, gated development in the sought after Houston Heights neighborhood.  Recently the builder/developer ceased operations following its inability to fund operations or service its debt. During the builder’s difficulties, partially completed homes suffered damage from theft and community infrastructure deteriorated.
Carwin Advisors plan to develop an actionable plan to solve the current existing issues within the community and help retain value for the lender-client.
