Winchester Carlisle Introduces Newly Named Carwin Advisors

(Dallas, Texas) Winchester Carlisle Companies is pleased to announce a new name for its advisory business. Carwin Advisors (formerly Winchester Carlisle Advisors) is a real estate and corporate advisory services firm serving banks, REITS, private equity funds, developers and corporations throughout the United States.
Carwin Advisors has experienced significant growth since its founding in early 2008. The new identity positions Carwin for continued expansion in 2010 and aligns it as an independent entity under the parent company, which also owns real estate brokerage Nathan Grace Real Estate and Dunhill Homes, a homebuilder with operations in Nevada and Texas.
Carwin will continue to advise corporations, institutional investors, and real estate organizations on restructuring, repositioning, business turnaround strategy and disposition. Under the leadership of Managing Director Patrick Vedra, Carwin’s team of professionals will continue to provide extensive strategic, financial and operational solutions to help clients reach and preserve maximum value.
